What if — before trying that latest Instagram ADHD hack, or setting up a new organizational system, or buying that new ADHD self-help book, or developing that new habit — you put your hands gently but firmly on our shoulders, looked yourself squarely in the face, and said:
“you are okay, exactly as you are.”
What might come out of that moment of self-compassion? Of forgiveness and acceptance?
What grace? Energy? Space? Breath?
What would it be like if your yearning for change, movement, growth, was grounded in a place of fundamental okay-ness?
What if you could work from this place, rather than the assumption that you’re fundamentally not okay? That your brain, your body, your wiring are somehow faulty, less than, divergent…the exhausted, splintered, place of self critique and waiting, forever, to be “ready?” To be “worthy?”
My name is Liza Dickinson,
I’m an ADHD & Life Coach and this is what I want to offer you.
A chance to pause, wrap your arms around your beautiful, 100% okay, strong, vibrant, unique self, and then get moving. If you want and how you want.
