What if — before trying that latest Instagram ADHD hack, or setting up a new organizational system, or developing that new habit — you put your hands gently but firmly on our shoulders, looked yourself squarely in the face, and said:

“You are okay, exactly as you are.”

What might come out of that moment of self-compassion? Of forgiveness and acceptance?

What would it be like if your yearning for change, movement, growth, was grounded in a place of fundamental okay-ness? Connected to your strengths, grounded in what works for you, and confident in your ability to finally set goals and GO AFTER them.

What if you could work from this joyful place, rather than the assumption that you’re fundamentally not okay? That your brain, your body, your wiring are somehow faulty, less than, divergent
